I LOVE COFFEE... it's a true daily delight that I deliver to my taste buds and my mind as I start each day. I enjoy the ambiance of the coffee shop and I enjoy my little hot cup of companion while I work as I try to make a difference in this world.
And whenever I need a pick-me-up, like millions of people all over the world, I make myself a cup of joe... and on and on and on.
BUT I WAS FRUSTRATED. You see, I like CREAMER in my coffee, but there was always a part of me that cringed because I KNEW that the creamer I used and the creamers that dominated the market were not "natural." I knew it was genetically modified (GMO) and that was a buzz-kill to my peace of mind every time I was enjoying my favorite drink in the world.
I also wanted MORE PROTEIN in my life. Unless you're eating meat all the time (which I don't), it can be difficult to get protein, especially when you're on the go. So I began experimenting with putting protein and creamer in my coffee. I LOVED the idea of what I was doing but it was difficult to get it right... which made me think... IS THERE ANY PROTEIN COFFEE CREAMER OUT THERE?
